We manufacture precision turned parts according to your technical standards and specifications on 25 modern magazine-equipped Swiss-type automatic lathes.

The use of additional equipment and special fixtures allows us to manufacture complex production parts in one single clamping operation.

Dimensions

  • Turned parts from Ø 3 – 12.7mm, long and fasson turned parts up to 100mm and bar-cut pieces up to 250mm are manufactured on cam-controlled Gauthier Swiss-type automatic lathes.
  • Turned parts from Ø 5 – 25mm with a length of 50mm are manufactured on cam-controlled Traub fixed head-stock lathes.
  • Turned parts from Ø 3 – 20mm are manufactured using Star CNC-Swiss-type automatic lathes if the specifications do not permit manufacture on cam-controlled automated turning machines.

Finishing and further processing

In addition to the manufacture of rotationally symmetrical parts on our turning machines, we also perform the following machining processes for purposes of complete finishing:

  • Deburring
  • Drilling
  • Milling
  • Threading
  • Grating

When further processing is required, the company maintains long-standing relationships with a number of highly qualified and reliable sub-contractors. Turned parts can be provided to your specifications, with a variety of surfaces and ennoblements:

  • Nickel plating

  • Galvanisation, chromatised
